The Analysis Platform is a data analysis tool developed with the goal of making big data accessible to everyone in manufacturing. Although it is sometimes difficult to display big data with conventional general graphs, the system is designed to make it possible to visualize data of more than 1 million points and to quickly take a overroll view of long-term data.
In addition, for data with common ID, the ID can be used to link the data, enabling cross-process improvements and integrated analysis of post-shipment market data and process data. It frees you from manual stratification, etc.

AP+DN7, an Analysis Platform incorporating DN7, is available as OSS for anyone to use.
DN7 stands for Digital Native QC7 Tools, an analytical method proposed as the DX version of QC7 tools for the digital generation. Based on the seven QC tools, it visualize and analyze data using seven digital visualization methods.

If data such as CSV is continuously generated on a daily basis in the process, it can be automatically read and displayed on site as "Analysis ANDON," or if a problem occurs in the process, it can be used to include relevant process data in a deep level.

As a "7 methods used to analyze data such as quality characteristics obtained from processes and solve problems" the QC 7 Tools have made great achievements in quality control. However, most of them are prerequisite methods that can be created manually, and the cause and effect diagram (fish bone) requires a brainstorming approach using process knowledge, and the user needs to acquire a certain level of technique and prerequisite knowledge. In addition, the digitization of the process has advanced to the point where a large amount of data can be acquired, but there are things that are not always appropriate from the perspective of utilizing these large amounts of high-dimensional data. And methods to compensate for this problem have become necessary.

AP+DN7 (Analysis Platform + DN7) is designed to handle these large volumes of high-dimensional data. We take a data-driven approach that gives users awareness and insight, all from visualization results that are automatically generated from data without human intervention. No advanced data handling or data science knowledge is required for AP+DN7. Even if you are not familiar with analysis and process knowledge, with a few clicks, you can move on to the next action such as "First look and think" from the visualized result with DN7. This "data-driven approach" is effective for DX production processes and "Work Style Reforming".
We think there are many sites where a large amount of data is collected in the process, but it is only accumulated, and it is hard to see or utilize it.
